I could be in the hospital fighting a disease, but you preserved me.
When I was sick, you restored me.
When I am in despair, you give me hope.
God, I thank you for my health, for my family, and the gift of life.
I thank you for the ability to walk, talk, sleep, eat, and countless other blessings.
I am grateful for my life.
Happiness is a choice and I have chosen happiness.
Peace is a choice and I have chosen peace.
I am at peace with myself. I am at peace with the universe.
My heart is filled with abundant peace.
I have no fear.
I have no hate.
I have no regret.
I have no shame.
I have no guilt.
I have no anxiety.
I forgive everyone who has ever hurt me.
I forgive myself for everyone that I have ever hurt.
Thank you, God, for blessing me.
